This study aims to determine teachers management styles in terms of authoritative, charismatic, delegative, and democratic approaches. It also explores the interactions among pupils, including between classmates, teachers, schoolmates. Furthermore, examines relationship pupils interactions. An adapted modified 5-Point Likert questionnaire from Nasir (2019) was used for this study. The researcher utilized a descriptive–correlational research design justify achieve studys objectives. Ninety-nine (99) grade VI Lagonglong Central School participated as respondents Statistical analyses, such mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient (Pearson r), were employed analyze gathered data. results showed that authoritative style received highest rating at very high level, class behavior during with level. A moderate positive found perceived classroom behavior. Thus, can significantly influence pupils. recommends conducting training sessions workshops refresh update on various styles. Additionally, involving parents development is recommended.
